Md. Sihaam Mashrafi

I'm a human resources professional who treats every workday like a trailhead. Where others see a stack of onboarding paperwork, I see a base camp waiting to be set up. Where others see a performance review, I see a summit worth climbing together. My career sits at the intersection of two lifelong passions: the thrill of the unknown and the deeply human work of helping people grow. Outside the office, you'll find me chasing altitude, open water, and unfamiliar roads. Inside the office, I bring that same appetite for adventure into how I build teams, design culture, and solve the messy, wonderful puzzle of people at work.
